Cancellation Policy
We save your appointment time just for you as we respect you and your time.
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment please call us as soon as you can so that we can offer your appointment to someone else and if you give us 24hours notice there is no charge.
If you cancel under 24 hours we charge 50% of your service and if you "No Show" we charge 100% of your total service.
Appointments longer than 2 hours or more we require credit card details to ensure your booking.
